I have been assisting with the social side of Zoë Jordan for the past few weeks. Instagram is our main social media that we use to increase our brand awareness and target our customers.

The last row in the image (from right to left) includes SS19, AW18 and an inspiration post. The inspirational post on this row I chose is from my favourite photographer Ricardo Bofill. Continuously trying to create that instagram theme for a business is actually harder than I thought. There are so many collections, imagery and colour variations that need to be included.

On the Zoë Jordan Instagram page, we have to make sure that we humanise the posts, including posts from influential people, for example @gal_gadot (second row from bottom) wearing a SS18 Lupi Bomber. Having that "real-world proof" on a person, shows that the brand is keeping its promises and that we are embracing the best interests of our customers interests.

A really important aspect of using Instagram is now having the availability to click and shop. Being able to have that extra button on instagram boosts our sales and marketing goals. Having this option keeps the ZJ customer engaged. We receive messages through all social media to purchase items. I have been in charge of putting these orders through to our distribution centre to have stock sent to us and then sending them off to customers.
